We are pleased to offer full dealer level services on all VW/AUDI Group cars, we are registered with VAG UK allowing us access to full dealer Technical data and methods.

We have up to date VAG dealer diagnostic equipment with direct connection to VAG Germany,  meaning we have full security access for coding and key programming.

Our Master Technician and two other technicians had worked for many years within the VW/ Audi group,  bringing their expertise and knowledge with them, so you can feel confident that your Volkswagen or Audi are in the right hands.

Diagnostics

We will carry out a full diagnostic on your vehicle using the most up to date software and equipment to determine and pinpoint the issue.

These are then printed out for your records and We will go through it together and explain what We found to determine the best course of action that suits you.

Service and Maintenance

We offer an Oil and inspection to a Major service, We use Quantum oil for all our vehicles and all service parts are either genuine or OE.

You will receive a detailed list on your vehicle after our inspection so that you know just how healthy your vehicle is.

Repair

We will repair your vehicle using Genuine or OE parts.

80% of repairs are diagnosed and carried out on average the same day.
